Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for the customer. Once work has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Payments

Full payment is required before items are shipped. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

Live Sale Claims

Claims made during live sales are considered a commitment to purchase. Please only claim items you intend to buy. Failure to pay invoices may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
