Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final. Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Live Sale Claims

All live sale claims are considered a commitment to purchase. Please only claim items you intend to buy. Unpaid invoices or abandoned claims may result in future claiming restrictions.

Deposits

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. Deposits secure your order spot and cover materials and time spent creating your item.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
