Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced.

Once an Order Ships

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Carrier errors

Any shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier regarding delivery issues.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.

No Refunds on Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $50 or more before taxes may qualify for free shipping within the United States. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.
